At KAOSE, your satisfaction is our priority! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. They should be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized frames cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Process: To initiate a return, contact us at hello@mykaose.com with your order details. We’ll provide you with return instructions.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items returned in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
- Custom Frames: Unfortunately, custom or personalized frames cannot be exchanged.
- Process: Contact us at hello@mykaose.com and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Refunds
- Timeline: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
